File the renewal online with UGE before your teleworker residence authorisation runs out. Filing keeps your current permit valid until a decision.

What you need
Steps
Check the expiry date on your card and file before it, not after.
The law still extends validity if you file within 90 days after expiry, but a penalty file may be opened.
Confirm you still meet the conditions that gave you the permit, and gather current evidence of them.
The Directorate General of Migrations can ask for reports on whether the conditions are maintained.
Download the MI-T form from the electronic office procedure page, fill it in and sign it.
Pay the fee with modelo 790 código 038, point 7, option for the renewed residence authorisation, and keep the NRC.
You can pay by card, direct debit or Bizum, or print the form and pay at a bank.
Sign in to the Ministry of Inclusion electronic office with your certificate, or have your representative do it.
Choose the option to request the renewal of your authorisation, attach the form and the payment proof, and submit.
The law says renewals are processed electronically.
Keep the filing receipt and watch the electronic office for notifications and requests to add documents.
If no decision arrives after the legal deadline, ask for the resolution by silence in the electronic office under Subsanación.
Done when: You receive the renewal resolution in the electronic office, valid for two more years.

What varies
I found no official page giving the date the renewal window opens, or a renewal document checklist (UGE publishes one for initial applications only). Check the electronic office for what it asks you to attach.
