Who you are agreeing with

The site is operated by Alain Dimabuyo, a self-employed sole trader (autónomo) registered in Spain. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this directory is — and is not

We publish contact details for professionals who state that they work in English. We are a directory, not an agency, and we are not a party to anything you agree with a professional you find here.

• We do not provide medical, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as such.
• We do not verify qualifications, licensing, insurance or the quality of any service. Check credentials yourself before engaging anyone.
• Language information is supplied by the professional or gathered from public sources and may become out of date.

Listings and claims

• Claiming a listing requires you to genuinely represent that business. We may ask for evidence and may reject or reverse a claim.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish on your listing, and for keeping it current.
• Do not upload content you have no right to use, or anything unlawful, misleading or offensive.
• We may edit, suspend or remove any listing — including paid ones — where it breaches these terms or is materially inaccurate.

Paid listings

Paid features are described on the pricing page, and the price and billing period shown at the time you subscribe are what apply. If we remove a paid listing for a breach of these terms, we are not obliged to refund it. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape or bulk-extract the directory, use the contact features to send unsolicited marketing, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the service for others.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or that listing information is accurate or complete. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your dealings with a professional found through the directory. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Spanish law governs these terms and the Spanish courts have jurisdiction. Questions: use our contact form.
